Refund Policy:
If you must cancel with us up to 60 days before you are due to arrive, we will happily refund you 100%, minus credit card and  point of sale system charges.

**50% refund of the total booking fee if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in,
**25% refund of total booking fee if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
**No refund if you cancel fewer than 14 days before check-in

Decreased length of stay:

Decreased length of stay 60 to 14 days before your arrival, a refund equivalent to the above cancellation policy, per night, minus any credit card or  POS fees will be given.

Decreased duration of your stay 14 days before, or after your arrival, the total amount of the reservation is due and there will be no refund.

Your request must be received in writing by mail or by email at the addresses listed below. In all cases, the date of receipt of your cancellation request will be used in calculating the refund.

Please consider travel insurance for your own peace of mind.

In all cases, the date of receipt of your cancellation request will be used in calculating the refund. Securing your reservation with a credit card, or by e-transfer means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

Balance due Policy:
If customer balance due is not paid by the due date, (60 days before arrival, if booking in advance, or as indicated on your invoice if booking at short notice) we will send an email reminder; after which we reserve the right to try to fill the reservation, and as a result cancel your booking. Please note refunds of any deposits paid in this case follow the regular refund policy above.

Pet Policy:

We welcome your pets, and charge $100 per pet per stay to help defray extra cleaning costs and wear and tear.   Please keep dogs on a leash when outside, and do clean up after your pet.  Failure to keep pets on leash may result in you being asked to leave, with no refund.

All pets must have an up-to-date rabies vaccination and be in good health. All dogs must be house trained and non-aggressive. Valid complaints by other guests may result in loss of damage deposit to cover any refunds or discounts offered in recompense to other guests.

Damage Deposits:

The unit you rent is clean and in good condition, it is your responsibility to leave it in the same condition at the end of your stay.  If there is no damage to floors, furniture, appliances and other equipment of the cottages, we will initiate your refund within 7 days of check-out. Funds may take a few days or longer to be credited to your account depending on our point of sale system, and your banking system.

Please contact us if there is any damage; we can be very understanding. In case of damage, we will make repairs and replacements as time allows, and will refund you, or bill you, the credit/balance due. By renting with us, the registering guest agrees to be responsible for and liable for paying for damages done by yourself and others.

Valid complaints by other guests may result in loss of damage deposit to cover any refunds or discounts offered in recompense to other guests.

All cottages without exception are non-smoking:

We ask smokers to use the receptacles provided for cigarette butts. Please no throwing cigarettes on the ground. Smoking is not permitted in the cottages and will result in immediate expulsion of the residents of the cottage without any compensation or refund.  Any smoke related cleaning expense will come out of the damage deposit amount.

Privacy Policy:

When you provide us with any personal information or use any of the on-line platforms, we promise to never share, disclose or sell your personal information.  We do need your full name, phone number and address information to book with us. Only your home country, and State or Province will be shared as required with Tourism PEI for their analysis of visiting trends. No names or other personal information will be shared.


Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is before 10 am to allow us time to clean and sanitize each cottage.  Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us to inquire about early check-in or late check-out; prior approval is required.

Minimum check-in age is 20.

You must report all persons (children included) and pets who will stay in the cottage, or on the property.  Fees related to each non-reported additional person, or pet, will be charged.

Departure must be by 10:00am.  Any late departure will be charged one more night.  Please put your keys in the lock box or leave it on the table in your unit. Any loss of key will be charged $20.00.

Your cottage must be in good condition when you leave.

Please note that a reservation is a firm contract and no allowance will be made for late/early arrivals.
